Our Process
- We aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible, often immediately.
- If further investigation is required, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days.
- We will keep you informed throughout the process.
- In most cases, we aim to resolve complaints within 45 days.
Once your matter has been reviewed, we will provide a clear outcome along with the reasons for our decision.
If You’re Not Satisfied
If your concern remains unresolved, or you have not received a response within 45 days, you can escalate your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), an independent external dispute resolution scheme.
